The dispatching centre of City Taxi Fuvarszervező Szövetkezet is available for the clients in 24 hours a day. The taxi orders are taken on 30 ISDN lines currently and are transmitted to the drivers on 3 URH channels.
Orders are taken and addresses are allocated to the drivers using a modern computer system. With the help of this system, ordering a taxi only takes a few seconds and the allocation of addresses is accurate and effective.
Orders can be tracked retrospectively, based on the telephone number, address, passenger’s name and the code of the driver completing the trip.
In addition, it is also possible to record occasional or permanent requirements set by clients. Such requirements might incude the vehicle category, smoking or non-smoking cars, station wagon, transportation of pets, administration, credit-card acceptance, etc. Such requests of the clients can even permanently be attached to their telephone numbers or code numbers.
